CAE to transfer U.S. stock exchange listing to Nasdaq
CAE said it would voluntarily move its U.S. listing from the NYSE to the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The last NYSE trading day was expected to be 22 July 2026 and Nasdaq trading was expected to start on 23 July 2026. The TSX listing is unaffected, and the ticker stays CAE on both exchanges.

CAE signed a teaming agreement with Saab to support Canada's Airborne Early Warning and Control program based on the GlobalEye platform. CAE will contribute flight, mission and rear-crew training, and the partners will also look at mission system support, LVC integration and simulation for the Canadian program.
