UK Defence Innovation case study: DASA funding through DTEP, begun in 2022, let Kognitiv Spark deploy its AR remote-support system on secure sovereign defence cloud with Serco and Prolinx, and led to two follow-on Army Innovation projects, ARPAI and PJ ESART.
Kognitiv Spark says the RCN expanded its trial of the RemoteSpark MiRRAS system to evaluate maintenance and repair aboard vessels at sea and in port, using HoloLens 2 with on-premise HPE Edgeline servers. The Navy had begun a pilot in spring 2019.
