Green Star Royalties paid US$3 million in cash for a 3% royalty on Cerio's current and future gross revenues. The royalty has a 10-year term, a minimum quarterly revenue guarantee and a right for Cerio to buy it back under certain conditions.
The Kanata North Business Association announced member access to sovereign cloud infrastructure from ThinkOn and PureColo. Cerio's CEO is quoted saying Cerio is a PureColo customer and a technology supplier to ThinkOn.
Cerio and Cloudiogram announced turnkey AI factory services for enterprises in the Arab world, built on Cerio's composable disaggregated infrastructure. Cloudiogram, an indirect reseller and managed service provider, will distribute Cerio's products and also use them in its own data centres.
