Oriso announced it has acquired KeepSec, a self-serve Linux VPS provider for developers whose infrastructure is hosted in two Canadian regions. KeepSec will keep operating under its own brand at keepsec.ca, relying on Oriso's infrastructure and data-residency capabilities.
Oriso acquired Vullify, a Montréal company offering external attack-surface analysis, vulnerability scanning, cloud and SaaS posture management and data-leak detection, with its infrastructure hosted in Canada. Terms were not disclosed, and Vullify customers keep using the platform.
