Rewind Backups for Jira
SaaS backup and recovery
Automated daily backups of Jira Cloud (including Jira Service Management and Assets) with 365-day retention, item-level or full point-in-time restores, restore to a new instance, and Hot Standby, a synchronized failover copy of a Jira instance.
Nightly and on-demand backups of GitHub repositories including metadata such as pull requests and issues, restores up to 365 days back, per-repository backup policies, and sync of backups to Amazon S3 or Azure Blob storage.
Daily backups of Shopify store data, including products, collections, customers, orders and themes, with 365-day version history and recovery of individual records or a roll-back of the store.
H.I.G. Growth Partners, the growth-capital affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, announced its investment in Rewind Software Inc. to support growth, product development and operational scale, citing AI adoption and the Atlassian cloud-migration wave as demand drivers for SaaS backup and recovery.
Rewind closed a USD $65 million Series B led by Insight Partners, with Bessemer Venture Partners, FundFire, Inovia Capital, Ridge Ventures, ScaleUp Ventures and Union Ventures participating and Atlassian Ventures making a strategic investment. It said it had passed 100 employees.
Rewind acquired BackHub, a backup-as-a-service product for GitHub repositories that protected data for over 1,000 customers. BackHub customers moved into Rewind's portfolio and BackHub's team joined Rewind.
